We understand that life happens! To accommodate unexpected or even expected events, each member has a maximum of two weeks during the season to defer pickup. How to Defer: Notify us by the Sunday before the scheduled pickup week.  Important Note: Due to the nature of our farm and our commitment to fresh produce, we can only allow two missed weeks for makeups. Any additional missed pickups will be forfeited. We hope this policy provides flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of our CSA program!

Availability is limited, but our farm-fresh eggs, from our woods-ranged, organically fed chickens, are available for purchase when you visit us at The Jordan on Wednesdays. You can buy eggs even if you're not picking up a Farm Box. Just stop by and pay for them separately.

Standard Boxes $1,250 if you pay with cash, check or Zelle $1,300 if you pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal or other electronic method. Half Boxes $750 if you pay with cash, check or Zelle $780 if you pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal or other electronic method.

To make it easier for you to access our shelf-stable medicinal and culinary products, we've made them available for pickup at your convenience at the Jordan Motel.

Similar to last year, we will be offering freshly butchered chickens that are locally grown and fed only organic feed. We expect them to be available starting in June.

We understand things come up. Please make every effort to arrive during your assigned pickup window. If you know you'll be late, please notify us. Occasionally, late pickups can be arranged at the Jordan Motel office. Boxes not picked up by Wednesday evening will be redistributed.

Your Farm Box will be ready for pickup each Wednesday afternoon between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm Central Time at the Jordan Motel on US 127. To make the pickup process as quick and easy as possible for everyone, we assign specific half-hour pickup windows. This helps us manage the flow of pickups and prevent long lines.

If you are paying with cash or check, simply stop in and make payment at the Jordan Motel office. If you are paying via Zelle, make payment to nativewoods@gmail.com. If you are paying with a credit/debit card, PayPal or other electronic method, go to TheTwistedRoot.org, click on CSA Farm Box Subscriptions and choose which size Farm Box you want. Set up an account and enter your information and check out. Delivery and Contact information can be the same (we know where to deliver your products!!)

Dried Culinary and Medicinal Herbs: Our dried herbs are locally grown, wild-harvested, or carefully sourced and certified organic. Pre-order required. Herbal and Fungal Tinctures: These tinctures are locally produced using plants and fungi that are locally grown, wild-harvested, or carefully sourced and organic. Pre-order required. CBD Products: We offer various strengths of CBD products, locally produced, lab certified, and made from locally grown hemp from the Cumberland Plateau. Pre-order required. Seasonal Fruits & Veggies: We'll send out a weekly email detailing any additional fruits and vegetables available that week. Native Perennials: Add to your garden with potted perennials native to our region. Pre-order required.
